CKDIGITAL has built a strong reputation for delivering impactful digital solutions. What would you say are the key factors behind its success?

I would say three things: excellence, collaboration and results. The way we approach website projects isn’t just about designing websites. Anybody can do that. However, we combine a deep understanding of design, UX (user experience) and performance with the goals that our clients are trying to achieve. We work very closely with them to ensure that what we’re building actually moves the needle—it actually drives measurable impact.

Could you walk me through CKDIGITAL’s core services and how they help businesses strengthen their online presence?

One is website design and development—creating high-performance, visually stunning websites that engage users and drive conversions. We also handle UX and UI (user interface) design projects, where we craft user experiences for better engagement.

We provide website maintenance and support services to keep clients’ sites running smoothly, updated and secure. Additionally, we offer SEO and digital strategy, helping businesses rank on Google, attract ready-to-buy customers and generally improve their visibility.

More recently, we’ve started offering AI automation services, but that’s a new area we’re onboarding clients into.

What sets CKDIGITAL apart from other players in the industry?

I’d say quality and a deep interest in our clients’ businesses. Some agencies focus just on speed—getting things done as quickly as possible—but we take a very meticulous approach. We really try to understand our clients’ business goals.

Some are trying to build trust or shape stakeholder perception, while others aim to increase revenue. We focus deeply on what each client is trying to achieve and work closely with them to make that happen. Our commitment to quality and understanding our clients’ businesses has really set us apart over the years.

How would you describe CKDIGITAL’s current scope and strategies for expansion?

In Nigeria, we’ve built a solid reputation as one of the leading digital agencies—if not the number one. However, we’re actively expanding our reach across Africa, Europe and North America.

To achieve this, we’re strengthening partnerships with international brands. For instance, CKDIGITAL is one of the very few Shopify partners in Africa, and we’re investing in new technologies like AI to enhance our offerings. We’re also growing our team rapidly to take on more projects as we scale.

How does CKDIGITAL attract and retain clients while maintaining a high standard of digital excellence?

We rely on three main strategies. First, strong referrals from happy clients—it’s a sign of a healthy business when clients are excited to refer you.

Second, we have a strong presence on Google. When people search for web design companies or the best web development agencies, they find us.

Lastly, our portfolio speaks for itself. People see our work and immediately want to work with us.

What’s the main message you’d like to share with the community and our readers about CKDIGITAL?

One major thing is that CKDIGITAL is offering world-class services—even from Nigeria. Some people have this impression that because a company is based in Africa, there’s a certain level of quality they can expect. However, we are redefining that perception. Quality transcends regions. Businesses can get great results working with companies in Africa, and we’re leading that movement with CKDIGITAL.

Is there anything else you’d like to emphasize?

The only thing I’d like to emphasize more is our expansion—especially into North America. We’re actively working to build a stronger presence there, and I’d love to highlight that.
