We specialize in pediatric nursing services for patients up to the age of 20, continuing until they turn 21. This involves providing skilled nursing care delivered by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to children who require medical assistance at home. Physicians prescribe these services, and our nurses ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Since 2017, we’ve been committed to supporting children and their families across Texas.

Providing care for medically fragile children demands an exceptional level of detail and clear communication. Strong collaboration between caregivers, clients, and our administrative team is essential to ensure optimal care delivery.

Given that much of our work occurs in remote settings, we rely heavily on our field clinicians to update us about the children’s needs—whether it’s a medication adjustment or communicating significant changes in a patient’s condition to their physician. Reliability, excellent communication skills, and a deep sense of commitment are qualities we highly value in our team.

We are exclusively focused on pediatric private duty nursing. This service includes providing skilled nursing care—up to 24 hours a day—for children who are medically fragile or reliant on medical technology. Currently, we operate from five locations across Texas.

Many of the children we support attend school, and we work closely with school nurses and administrative teams to ensure their medical needs are met alongside their educational goals. Our nurses accompany patients to school, as well as to medical appointments when necessary. For children who require ambulance transport, we coordinate with providers to secure insurance authorizations and ensure their safety. Additionally, some of our patients participate in recreational outings, and our nurses provide essential support during these activities, ensuring their well-being.

We truly do. For example, just last night, one of our staff members drove over an hour to ensure a nurse could get to work when her car broke down. It’s this level of dedication that defines us. We also celebrate milestones with our clients, such as recovery after extended hospital stays or transitioning out of our services when they no longer require nursing care. Internally, we honor our staff’s achievements—whether it’s a birthday, work anniversary, or other significant milestone. This culture of appreciation is fundamental to our success.

We place a strong emphasis on thorough training to ensure our nurses are well-prepared to deliver effective care. In a field where care is often delivered remotely, clear and consistent communication among caregivers, families, and physicians is vital.
